- Exit at the Leopardstown Junction No: 14 on the southern end of the M50 and take the last or third exit off the first roundabout crossing over the M50 by bridge to traffic lights and bear left on to a new road called Murphystown Way

Continue along this road through a set of pedestrian lights and then traffic lights and keeping in the right lane turn right at the next set of traffic lights on to Ballyogan Road. Proceed a few hundred meters to another set of traffic lights and turn left on to Kilgobbin Road.

You will then come to a bad 90° right hand bend. You will then pass by a heavily wooded area and come to some open plan bungalows on a sweeping left curve.

There is a "Stepaside" sign on the right. We are the fourth bungalow on the left opposite that sign.

- Exit at the Kilternan / Carrickmines Junction No:15 on the M50 and take the second exit off the first roundabout on to Ballyogan Road. Go to the other end of Ballyogan and at 2 sets of traffic lights turn left on to the Kilgobbin road through a bad 90° right hand bend. You will then pass by a heavily wooded area and come to some open plan bungalows on a sweeping left curve.

There is a "Stepaside" sign on the right. We are the fourth bungalow on the left opposite that sign.

- is a secondary road that connects the village of Sandyford with the village of Stepaside and lies east of the main Dublin / Dundrum / Sandyford / Stepaside / Enniskerry road. (R117)

- There are probably three number "8's" on the Kilgobbin road. Officially we are 8, Kilgobbin Heights. Across the road from us is 8, Kilgobbin Lawns and close to the new Hillcrest / Leopardstown / Kilgobbin road Junction is 8, Kilgobbin road. So look for us at the Stepaside village end of Kilgobbin road. We are the eighth modern bungalow from the village on the right hand side going in the direction of Sandyford.

- from Stepaside village, you must travel north, down Kilgobbin road for about 500 Mtrs., keeping the Gardai(Police) Station on your left. passing a right hand turn, we are the fifth bungalow on the right after this junction.
